The 11" plate

I came across this article while I was surfing the Internet; this is my attempt on procrastinating that 500 word paper calling my name. Apparently, this woman that wrote the article hasn't been told of my ability to stack meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, and biscuits like a pyramid.

I needed to read that article...I am going to start using my grand-kids divided dishes I have for them when they come for dinner....Seriously, I think I will try it for 1 week to see if that works.

I saw that article too. I have no problems going back for second or even 3rds, so I'm skeptical.

You are so funny!

mmmmmmm....My mom made that for dinner last week..it's one of my favorite meals!

I've been doing this for a while now. I usually use the sandwich size plate for my meals rather than the dinner sized ones, and commit myself to eating just what is on this plate. I use this as a way to keep myself accountable and not eat too much...or I will eat everything *L* The problem is going to eat out...some of the plates they use to serve food are HUGE!
